This was my first time at Euromotion. Bri the service writer was great, very informative, organized. The shop was clean, employees, professional. The waiting area was nice as well as clean. I will bring the Maserati back.
I am writing to express my profound disappointment regarding the recent service performed on my BMW at your shop.
I recently brought my car in for a transmission error. I authorized the replacement of the purge valve after being told that a leak in that component could be the source of the transmission error.
During the purge valve replacement, your team accidentally broke the charge pipe, which was replaced at no cost. Unfortunately, while driving the car home, the new charge pipe disconnected, leaving me stranded. While you kindly towed the car back to the shop, I was later told that nothing was found to be wrong.
Today, the original transmission error message has reappeared. Given the issues experienced and the fact that the initial problem has not been resolved, I am very disappointed with the outcome of the service.

A great place for repairs on anything foreign. Customer Service and Communication are A+
I have never had a better experience with an auto repair shop before. The front desk associate seemed to be just as knowledgeable as the techs and I will certainly come back for any needs again.

We brought our 2019 MB GLE43 in to Euromotion. We had them figure out a check engine light, do an oil change, and look our car over because we hadn't serviced it recently. They did a great job with their inspection, and explained everything very clearly. They got the car back to us quickly, with everything we asked to get repaired! They were very prompt with communication, the charges are very reasonable, and all the people are very knowledgeable, and kind! Very highly recommend them, we'll definitely be back!

I will change this review if they rectify the situation. I bought my car about a month and a half ago, and recently it’s been idling very poorly. I don’t know the exact reason, but after doing some personal tests, I suspected a vacuum leak because I heard hissing from the engine bay.
I took it to Euromotion because of the great reviews and recommendations I had seen. I knew there would likely be other issues with the car besides the idle since it’s used and I hadn’t had it inspected yet, so I wasn’t surprised by the other items they quoted me for.
They did complete the work quickly, I’ll admit that, but they told me the issue was a broken gas cap and charged me $128 for one that costs about $7 on eBay. This morning, on my way to work, the car was still idling and running the same way. Keep in mind, they also charged me $198 just for the diagnostic.
To make matters worse, I found oil on my leather interior seats. In total, they charged me over $300 for an issue that wasn’t fixed and left my interior in worse condition than when I brought it in. I would not recommend this place at all—save your money and your time.
Update: We are figuring things out. They have a warranty on their repairs so I'm going to bring my vehicle in this week and see what is going to happen. Bri is amazing at the front desk, really great customer service was just hoping the work would had been done up to par the first time.
Update 2: the situation was rectified, still going to leave a 3 star because of the oil on the back seat, but they fixed everything else and took really good care of me. The customer service was phenomenal!

I came in just a few minutes before they closed as my check engine light just came on before a two-hour drive home, and I happened to be right down the road. They were so kind and were able to run the codes right away. They assured me that the issue was minor (oxygen sensors) and it was perfectly safe to drive the rest of the way home. I was so thankful for their promptness, kindness, and flexibility. I will certainly be continuing to bring my Porsche to Euromotion for all future service!
I bought my first volkswagon two years ago and love every part of it but going to the dealership. They always took a few hours to get an oil change even with an appointment. I had to search for alternatives and found Euromotion. They have been a game changer. They are friendly, very knowledgeable and decently priced! They never try to upsell me but they let me know if I will need brakes or tires in a few months. Oh and I am usually in and out with an oil change in less than an hour!
Had a car inspected here for a PPI. The staff was very accommodating & flexible when scheduling the appointment. Additionally, they called me with concerns before proceeding with more detailed inspection tasks, saving me labor costs. Very knowledgeable and honest staff; I definitely recommend this place and will call them first when in the area!

Just wanted to add another five star review to Euromotion! This time for the engine out service on my Ferrari 348. In addition to the engine out service, they replaced both catalytic converters as well as throttle and gear shifting cables. Also did work on the air conditioning compressor and replaced the battery. The car runs fantastic! Thanks again to all at Euromotion.

These guys were great to work with. I purchased a used Audi that had the silver rings and I wanted them swapped out to black. The rear rings are glued on, so it takes extra precision and care to not mess up the paint, get any residue off and replace the new rings in just the right position. I'm very happy with their work and their staff were very friendly.

Great work on a 05 S-type Jag. 2 positive visits in one month. I hope the car is good for a while but will contact Euromotion again.
I recently had my Aston Martin Vantage serviced here. The office staff was pleasant and professional, and the work done was correct and at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Super quick and easy with awesome service. Mike was super easy to work with and super friendly. He was able to get us scheduled same day and our pre purchase inspection was done pretty quickly and they looked over the entire details and got back to me everything I needed to know and explained it all. Facility was super clean and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend this shop

The service report provided was easy to understand and price for our repair was reasonable. The guys at Euromotion have done work on 2 of my cars. They are honest and do great work. On one of my cars they saved me a lot of money versus what the dealer suggested be done. To me it's the only place to get service for exotic cars or otherwise. Thanks guys
Amazing experience with everyone involved at Euromotion after disastrous experiences at other mechanics and car-related trauma kept me from servicing my VW for far too long. If you are as ignorant about all things automotive as I am (or even if you are not, though I can't speak to that!) and need a place that will be honest, trustworthy and empathetic, look no further. Euromotion listened to my rambling attempts to describe the problem with my car, patiently explained basic concepts without making me feel belittled, and saved me from having to buy a new car I didn't really want. Now I can keep my beloved beetle and am free from car anxiety! That alone is priceless, but I also believe that the same service would have cost me much more elsewhere. This is the review I wish I could have read when I was struggling with my vehicle, so I hope it will help someone in a similar position. I am very thankful to have found what I intend to be my only stop for auto services in the future!

I was very happy with their professionalism, their knowledge and their service. They were honest and helpful. I will continue to go to them for all my Audi’s needs even though it’s not as close to me a many other auto shops.
All of the employees were straightforward and friendly. I called and got an estimate for repairs, and they honored that estimate when I brought my vehicle in. They repaired my Mercedes for several tricky replacement parts at around half the price of the Mercedes dealership.
Always love working with these guys. As the owner of 2 older Land Rovers, I’ve visited Euromotion more than most, and these folks always shoot me straight, deliver on their timelines, and tell me things I don’t need to do, rather than just loading up on things I “should” do.
I moved here from out of state and needed a trusted shop that specializes in European cars I have a FBO B8 S4 the staff is knowledgeable and honest happy I came across Euromotion. If you have European or German cars your worried about taking to an ordinary shop I highly recommend them.
