Matt , Fabi , Rudy and Jacob are more than just great people they are family. They are honest , Transparent and very trustworthy. I have had them keep my Range Rover Sport on point for the last two years from simple service to coolant leaks. Euromotion always over delivers and goes out of their way for me…VERY blessed to have such an amazing team by my side. They have made owning a Range Rover worth it when the dealer has failed me MULTIPLE times. I can't even begin to express my gratitude for the team at EuroMotion in just a single review.I randomly chose them to perform an oil change on my Audi TT-S, since scheduling appointments at the Audi Raleigh dealership is a nightmare. During their courtesy inspection, Fabi and Jacob uncovered a slew of potential issues with my engine that had been neglected by Audi Raleigh, even though that service department had my car for almost a full month (04/30-05/28) repairing some warranty work.They took me out to my car, popped the hood and thoroughly walked me through what they were seeing. This is something that has never happened at any dealership.The EuroMotion fellas said it the best, "We're just guys that love cars, and want to see these beautiful machines stay on the road."Obviously, they are a business, and need money for continued growth, but it's clear their overall passion for cars and driving is what motivates them daily, unlike a lot of the technicians at the big dealerships.I decided to go ahead and have these *new* issues resolved, and EuroMotion was incredible at working around my schedule, getting my car in quickly, and ensuring they had every part necessary before I dropped it off with them. My car was back in 1.5 days, and the engine performance was next-level! Like, better than brand new...I have several friends that also drive European cars, and have recommended they go nowhere else, other than EuroMotion for any servicing needs. These guys will get ALLLLLL my business from now on.
Amazing experience with everyone involved at Euromotion after disastrous experiences at other mechanics and car-related trauma kept me from servicing my VW for far too long. If you are as ignorant about all things automotive as I am (or even if you are not, though I can't speak to that!) and need a place that will be honest, trustworthy and empathetic, look no further. Euromotion listened to my rambling attempts to describe the problem with my car, patiently explained basic concepts without making me feel belittled, and saved me from having to buy a new car I didn't really want. Now I can keep my beloved beetle and am free from car anxiety! That alone is priceless, but I also believe that the same service would have cost me much more elsewhere. This is the review I wish I could have read when I was struggling with my vehicle, so I hope it will help someone in a similar position. I was very happy with their professionalism, their knowledge and their service. They were honest and helpful. I will continue to go to them for all my Audi’s needs even though it’s not as close to me a many other auto shops.
All of the employees were straightforward and friendly. I called and got an estimate for repairs, and they honored that estimate when I brought my vehicle in. They repaired my Mercedes for several tricky replacement parts at around half the price of the Mercedes dealership.
Jacob was great in explaining the issues while also bringing a solution to the issues.
