I can't even begin to express my gratitude for the team at EuroMotion in just a single review.I randomly chose them to perform an oil change on my Audi TT-S, since scheduling appointments at the Audi Raleigh dealership is a nightmare. During their courtesy inspection, Fabi and Jacob uncovered a slew of potential issues with my engine that had been neglected by Audi Raleigh, even though that service department had my car for almost a full month (04/30-05/28) repairing some warranty work.They took me out to my car, popped the hood and thoroughly walked me through what they were seeing. This is something that has never happened at any dealership.The EuroMotion fellas said it the best, "We're just guys that love cars, and want to see these beautiful machines stay on the road."Obviously, they are a business, and need money for continued growth, but it's clear their overall passion for cars and driving is what motivates them daily, unlike a lot of the technicians at the big dealerships.I decided to go ahead and have these *new* issues resolved, and EuroMotion was incredible at working around my schedule, getting my car in quickly, and ensuring they had every part necessary before I dropped it off with them. My car was back in 1.5 days, and the engine performance was next-level! Like, better than brand new...I have several friends that also drive European cars, and have recommended they go nowhere else, other than EuroMotion for any servicing needs. Amazing experience with everyone involved at Euromotion after disastrous experiences at other mechanics and car-related trauma kept me from servicing my VW for far too long. If you are as ignorant about all things automotive as I am (or even if you are not, though I can't speak to that!) and need a place that will be honest, trustworthy and empathetic, look no further. All of the employees were straightforward and friendly. I called and got an estimate for repairs, and they honored that estimate when I brought my vehicle in. They repaired my Mercedes for several tricky replacement parts at around half the price of the Mercedes dealership.
