Great working with the team at Euromotion. I had read great reviews about them and was only interested in finding a knowledgeable shop for VWs to help me with my VW Atlas. Met with the owner to discuss new wheels and lowering the car. They took the time to discuss setup for what I was looking to do and did a great job on the install work including plan for follow up service, plus lifetime warranty on their work. Will definitely be back for my next project and continued maintenance on my VW. I can’t speak much to price as I didn’t shop around and was more interested in ensuring a reputable and knowledgeable shop could help with a not so common project which I can definitely say they are the guys! Don’t hesitate, give them a call.

A bit pricey, but they gave me alot of details on a car I brought to them to get running for my neighbor. If parts were available they would have fixed it. The team is very knowledgeable about the German imports. I would go back if I needed them again.

Drove to Raleigh, from Georgia. Unfortunately, I could not rate the company with a review. I honestly felt like we were swindled into getting our vehicle fixed, Audi A7. Came in just for AC repairs to only find out we could not get the repairs due to company denying the service because we decided not to get the full service that cost $6000. Car Shield was willing to pay for a certain amount of the service, however we could not get anything done again because they would not allow us to get a portion of the job completed so that we could drive 7 1/2 hours back home with no AC and my baby in the car. If a customer is agreeing to getting a portion of a service that should be honored, not feeling stuck to get a service at the cost of which I was quoted first at $17,000 to $6,100 to $6,2000. The world is a cruel place and please do your research before allowing anyone to run a diagnostic on your vehicle or you could end like me. $574 diagnostic test, no AC and miscommunication and no service completed because you choose not to honor a 12 month warranty or 7 year warranty. For companies such as Car Shield or any company partnering with companies to refer for business please due your due diligence before honoring those decisions. I sincerely prayed before I decided to leave this review because it literally took a day and hours before communication was conveyed that my service to be completed on my was denied by this company instead of a simple phone to Car Shield stating that you were denying the service. You allowed me to go back and forth between you all and Car Shield trying to find options in getting my car service when you knew all along you were not going to do it and never said anything to Car Shield until July 10th that morning for an adjuster to contact me to share that. In which could have been shared sooner. I am very disappointed and still having to risk getting back to Georgia without my water pump being fixed which would have been covered by Car Shield. Again, be ware and cautious with who you allow to service your vehicle. Do your research first and do not sign anything unless everything has been explained up front. There are people trying to just make up there own fees and take people's money and that is why I would of rather taken my car to Audi dealership where is is always serviced.

Well I took my 2016 Range Rover Sport to get a Serpentine Belt replacement but found out also that my Alternator bracket had broken and my batteries went completely dead. Bri was amazing with keeping me inform on what was needed for the car. I got the estimate and was like Wow but that is what u get when dealing with Foreign cars. They got the parts and did a amazing job on it. I will most definitely bring it back in the future.

I took my 2013 Audi Q5 to Euromotion for a check engine light and ECP light on running rough. They fixed the problem (or so we thought) about four weeks later same problem. Took it back and they replaced a part I don't recall but the original one stopped communicating with the system. Great, brought it home, two days later I had to go out in my neighborhood to find my dog,and low and behold the check engine light came back on. ? So I called them back, spoke with Matt and he was very apologetic and understanding and kind and told me to bring it back at my convenience, which is good for me right now because I'm dealing with my husband at the VA getting ready for a triple bypass and I really don't want to deal with this at the moment. But I must say that everyone that I have dealt with at Euromotion has been professional and kind and that means a lot to me...Thanks Euromotion I'll be back!?I do know Audi is a finicky girl, so hopefully we'll get her back on her feet soon?

I worked with Euromotion for a recent Pre-Purchase Inspection on a Porsche and had a positive experience. The team is knowledgeable about the different vehicle configurations, service intervals, and repair needs - along with providing well rounded customer education so that you have the full picture on the vehicle in question. I would definitely use them again for PPI or recommend to a friend for other service needs.

I recently had my Bentley in for a routine service and was so impressed with the quality of service and attention I received throughout the entire process. Bree at the front desk was incredible and kept me informed. The service technicians were all very knowledgeable and helpful and made my experience a 10 overall!
I was happy to receive a comprehensive report with pictures and information on their findings for my vehicle. I can’t recommend Euromotion more highly and I’ll be back for any further services I need in the future! Thank you to the entire staff for providing such a great experience!

My wife and I were referred to EuroMotion by one of our neighbors. His experiences were so incredibly positive that we decided to see for ourselves. It turned out that his referral to EuroMotion was the most fortunate thing that has happened to my wife and I and our German made vehicles. The honesty and work quality far surpass any Audi or VW dealer we have ever experienced. Do exactly what we did and take a look for yourselves. You will thank us later.

They made bringing my late father’s Porsche 911 back to life and running great after sitting in a garage for ~1.5 years untouched look easy. I was mainly in communication with Bri, and she does great keeping you up-to-date with the status of the car/details behind the recommended services/when additional labor may be necessary/etc. Overall left happy with the final service costs as well, in no way feel like I was “juiced” for it being a high-end car.
Earned my loyalty in one pass.

I’ve taken my Aston Martin Rapide to Euromotion a few times, and I can confidently say they’ve earned my trust.
For several years, I dealt with a sporadic electrical issue on the driver’s door—windows and other electronics would randomly stop working. Because the issue wasn’t consistent and considering the high cost of servicing an Aston Martin, I hesitated to take it anywhere. Over time, though, the problem became more frequent and made driving the car unenjoyable, so I finally brought it to Euromotion.
From the start, the staff was friendly and professional, which was a huge relief. They seemed to identify the issue fairly quickly. While everything didn’t go perfectly at first—the problem reappeared when I initially picked the car up—the way they handled it made all the difference. I live about an hour and a half away, so that was frustrating, but the technician took the time to thoroughly explain the diagnostic process and assured me he would go back through everything to make sure nothing was missed.
They kept the car longer, traced all points, found no additional underlying issues, and performed extensive testing. Since picking the car up again, I’m now over two months in with dozens of starts, and the issue has not returned—whereas before, it would happen roughly 1 out of every 3 starts.
High-end cars require patience, expertise, and accountability, and Euromotion delivered on all three. I truly appreciate their transparency, persistence, and commitment to getting it right. Highly recommend them—especially if you have a luxury or performance vehicle and want a shop that actually stands behind their work.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment regarding the recent service performed on my BMW at your shop.
I recently brought my car in for a transmission error. I authorized the replacement of the purge valve after being told that a leak in that component could be the source of the transmission error.
During the purge valve replacement, your team accidentally broke the charge pipe, which was replaced at no cost. Unfortunately, while driving the car home, the new charge pipe disconnected, leaving me stranded. While you kindly towed the car back to the shop, I was later told that nothing was found to be wrong.
Today, the original transmission error message has reappeared. Given the issues experienced and the fact that the initial problem has not been resolved, I am very disappointed with the outcome of the service.

We brought our 2019 MB GLE43 in to Euromotion. We had them figure out a check engine light, do an oil change, and look our car over because we hadn't serviced it recently. They did a great job with their inspection, and explained everything very clearly. They got the car back to us quickly, with everything we asked to get repaired! They were very prompt with communication, the charges are very reasonable, and all the people are very knowledgeable, and kind! Very highly recommend them, we'll definitely be back!

I will change this review if they rectify the situation. I bought my car about a month and a half ago, and recently it’s been idling very poorly. I don’t know the exact reason, but after doing some personal tests, I suspected a vacuum leak because I heard hissing from the engine bay.
I took it to Euromotion because of the great reviews and recommendations I had seen. I knew there would likely be other issues with the car besides the idle since it’s used and I hadn’t had it inspected yet, so I wasn’t surprised by the other items they quoted me for.
They did complete the work quickly, I’ll admit that, but they told me the issue was a broken gas cap and charged me $128 for one that costs about $7 on eBay. This morning, on my way to work, the car was still idling and running the same way. Keep in mind, they also charged me $198 just for the diagnostic.
To make matters worse, I found oil on my leather interior seats. In total, they charged me over $300 for an issue that wasn’t fixed and left my interior in worse condition than when I brought it in. I would not recommend this place at all—save your money and your time.
Update: We are figuring things out. They have a warranty on their repairs so I'm going to bring my vehicle in this week and see what is going to happen. Bri is amazing at the front desk, really great customer service was just hoping the work would had been done up to par the first time.
Update 2: the situation was rectified, still going to leave a 3 star because of the oil on the back seat, but they fixed everything else and took really good care of me. The customer service was phenomenal!

I came in just a few minutes before they closed as my check engine light just came on before a two-hour drive home, and I happened to be right down the road. They were so kind and were able to run the codes right away. They assured me that the issue was minor (oxygen sensors) and it was perfectly safe to drive the rest of the way home. I was so thankful for their promptness, kindness, and flexibility. I will certainly be continuing to bring my Porsche to Euromotion for all future service!

I bought my first volkswagon two years ago and love every part of it but going to the dealership. They always took a few hours to get an oil change even with an appointment. I had to search for alternatives and found Euromotion. They have been a game changer. They are friendly, very knowledgeable and decently priced! They never try to upsell me but they let me know if I will need brakes or tires in a few months. Oh and I am usually in and out with an oil change in less than an hour!

Had a car inspected here for a PPI. The staff was very accommodating & flexible when scheduling the appointment. Additionally, they called me with concerns before proceeding with more detailed inspection tasks, saving me labor costs. Very knowledgeable and honest staff; I definitely recommend this place and will call them first when in the area!

Just wanted to thank everyone at Euromotion for a superb job on completing the annual service for my Ferrari F430. It’s really nice to have a trusted place to have this car serviced. Thanks again to all!
Just wanted to add another five star review to Euromotion! This time for the engine out service on my Ferrari 348. In addition to the engine out service, they replaced both catalytic converters as well as throttle and gear shifting cables. Also did work on the air conditioning compressor and replaced the battery. The car runs fantastic! Thanks again to all at Euromotion.

These guys were great to work with. I purchased a used Audi that had the silver rings and I wanted them swapped out to black. The rear rings are glued on, so it takes extra precision and care to not mess up the paint, get any residue off and replace the new rings in just the right position. I'm very happy with their work and their staff were very friendly.
Thanks guys!

My Mini Cooper S was in bad shape, he needed a lot of work and the folks at Euromotion, kept me informed through out the large amount of work that had to be done. They were professional and friendly and well informed. After picking my car up they called to check on the service and operation of the vehicle. My car is running like new and I couldn't be happier! The guys at Euromotion have done work on 2 of my cars. They are honest and do great work. On one of my cars they saved me a lot of money versus what the dealer suggested be done. To me it's the only place to get service for exotic cars or otherwise. Thanks guys

Amazing experience with everyone involved at Euromotion after disastrous experiences at other mechanics and car-related trauma kept me from servicing my VW for far too long. If you are as ignorant about all things automotive as I am (or even if you are not, though I can't speak to that!) and need a place that will be honest, trustworthy and empathetic, look no further. Euromotion listened to my rambling attempts to describe the problem with my car, patiently explained basic concepts without making me feel belittled, and saved me from having to buy a new car I didn't really want. Now I can keep my beloved beetle and am free from car anxiety! That alone is priceless, but I also believe that the same service would have cost me much more elsewhere. This is the review I wish I could have read when I was struggling with my vehicle, so I hope it will help someone in a similar position. I am very thankful to have found what I intend to be my only stop for auto services in the future!

All of the employees were straightforward and friendly. I called and got an estimate for repairs, and they honored that estimate when I brought my vehicle in. They repaired my Mercedes for several tricky replacement parts at around half the price of the Mercedes dealership.

Always love working with these guys. As the owner of 2 older Land Rovers, I’ve visited Euromotion more than most, and these folks always shoot me straight, deliver on their timelines, and tell me things I don’t need to do, rather than just loading up on things I “should” do.
