Well I took my 2016 Range Rover Sport to get a Serpentine Belt replacement but found out also that my Alternator bracket had broken and my batteries went completely dead. Bri was amazing with keeping me inform on what was needed for the car. I took my 2013 Audi Q5 to Euromotion for a check engine light and ECP light on running rough. They fixed the problem (or so we thought) about four weeks later same problem. Took it back and they replaced a part I don't recall but the original one stopped communicating with the system. Great, brought it home, two days later I had to go out in my neighborhood to find my dog,and low and behold the check engine light came back on. ? So I called them back, spoke with Matt and he was very apologetic and understanding and kind and told me to bring it back at my convenience, which is good for me right now because I'm dealing with my husband at the VA getting ready for a triple bypass and I really don't want to deal with this at the moment. But I must say that everyone that I have dealt with at Euromotion has been professional and kind and that means a lot to me...Thanks Euromotion I'll be back!?I do know Audi is a finicky girl, so hopefully we'll get her back on her feet soon?

I’ve taken my Aston Martin Rapide to Euromotion a few times, and I can confidently say they’ve earned my trust.

For several years, I dealt with a sporadic electrical issue on the driver’s door—windows and other electronics would randomly stop working. Because the issue wasn’t consistent and considering the high cost of servicing an Aston Martin, I hesitated to take it anywhere. Over time, though, the problem became more frequent and made driving the car unenjoyable, so I finally brought it to Euromotion.

From the start, the staff was friendly and professional, which was a huge relief. They seemed to identify the issue fairly quickly. While everything didn’t go perfectly at first—the problem reappeared when I initially picked the car up—the way they handled it made all the difference. I live about an hour and a half away, so that was frustrating, but the technician took the time to thoroughly explain the diagnostic process and assured me he would go back through everything to make sure nothing was missed.

They kept the car longer, traced all points, found no additional underlying issues, and performed extensive testing. Since picking the car up again, I’m now over two months in with dozens of starts, and the issue has not returned—whereas before, it would happen roughly 1 out of every 3 starts.

High-end cars require patience, expertise, and accountability, and Euromotion delivered on all three. I truly appreciate their transparency, persistence, and commitment to getting it right. Highly recommend them—especially if you have a luxury or performance vehicle and want a shop that actually stands behind their work.

We brought our 2019 MB GLE43 in to Euromotion. We had them figure out a check engine light, do an oil change, and look our car over because we hadn't serviced it recently. They did a great job with their inspection, and explained everything very clearly. They got the car back to us quickly, with everything we asked to get repaired! I came in just a few minutes before they closed as my check engine light just came on before a two-hour drive home, and I happened to be right down the road. I bought my first volkswagon two years ago and love every part of it but going to the dealership. They always took a few hours to get an oil change even with an appointment. I had to search for alternatives and found Euromotion. They have been a game changer. They are friendly, very knowledgeable and decently priced! They never try to upsell me but they let me know if I will need brakes or tires in a few months. Oh and I am usually in and out with an oil change in less than an hour!

These guys were great to work with. I purchased a used Audi that had the silver rings and I wanted them swapped out to black. The rear rings are glued on, so it takes extra precision and care to not mess up the paint, get any residue off and replace the new rings in just the right position. I'm very happy with their work and their staff were very friendly.

Amazing experience with everyone involved at Euromotion after disastrous experiences at other mechanics and car-related trauma kept me from servicing my VW for far too long. If you are as ignorant about all things automotive as I am (or even if you are not, though I can't speak to that!) and need a place that will be honest, trustworthy and empathetic, look no further. Euromotion listened to my rambling attempts to describe the problem with my car, patiently explained basic concepts without making me feel belittled, and saved me from having to buy a new car I didn't really want.
