Our 3-Year / 36,000 Mile Wear Items Warranty covers components that naturally deteriorate through normal driving and use and are expected to require periodic replacement as part of routine maintenance.
- Braking & Suspension: Brake pads, rotors, bushings, and other qualifying suspension components
- Engine & Maintenance: Belts, hoses, filters, and spark plugs
- Electrical: Batteries

No. The warranty applies to the original owner of the repair. If the vehicle is sold, the coverage does not transfer to the next owner.
Your warranty is valid nationwide. If an issue comes up and you’re not nearby, we’ll work with you to coordinate coverage.
Qualifying warranty claims include the parts and labor associated with the covered repair, subject to the terms of the applicable warranty.
Routine maintenance services themselves—such as oil changes and fluid services—are not warranty repairs. However, certain qualifying maintenance and wear components, such as filters, spark plugs, belts, hoses, brake components, batteries and other covered wear items, may be protected by our 3-Year / 36,000-Mile Wear Items Warranty.
No. There are no service history requirements tied to maintaining the warranty.
Contact us. We’ll inspect the vehicle and determine whether the issue is related to a covered repair or wear item. If it qualifies under the applicable warranty, we’ll take care of it according to the warranty terms.
Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, outside modifications or repairs, and problems unrelated to the original covered work are not covered. Coverage is determined by the terms of the applicable warranty.
